Glazes
	Hillfire Glaze This yellow and orange glaze gives the impression of a fire sweeping along a hill. It was custom-designed for the Hillfire Grill in Ellsworth, Maine.
	Textured Old World Finish This two-coat finish has the feel and look of an old country, plastered wall. It was perfect for this late 19th-century era country kitchen.
	Two-color Patterned Glaze This bold design makes for a fun entryway. The colors and pattern unite the different elements in the open floor plan.
	Master Bath Strié A graceful orange and pink strié gives this master bath an elegant and cheerful atmosphere.
	Aqua-striped Glaze in Guest Bath The darker aqua stripe over a more subtle rag glaze brings an elegance to this guest bath.
	Moss-green-striped Glaze in Powder Room These moss green stripes add to the formal atmosphere of this powder room.
	Black-on-red Glaze A bold black-on-red glaze was exactly what was needed in this tiny bar/kitchenette. It makes the big back wall a design element that unites all the colors and textures in the room.

	Lavender Glaze with Handmade Custom Fern Stencil This mottled glaze with playful ferns blowing around the room gives this bath a fanciful feeling.

	Soft Coral Venetian Plaster A waxed and buffed Venetian plaster gives this curved bath a beautiful mottled finish. It also complements the Italian marble below the chair rail.

	Distressed Plaster in Foyer This textured plaster with a hand-rubbed glaze brings a bold statement to this foyer.
Gilding
	Distressed Plaster and Aluminum-leafed Walls in Foyer The distressed plaster complements a curved aluminum-leafed wall. The aluminum leaf has been glazed and hand-painted with fanciful sea grasses that echo the wrought-iron gate.

	Greek Key Floor Border A Greek-key floor adds distinction to this Greek Revival living room. [Photo courtesy Fresco Decorative Painting]
	Faux Parquetry Floor Border In this open floor plan, the floor border gives the living room a defined space. The faux parquetry rope pattern echoes the curves of the house and the colors of the woodwork.

	Faux Granite Sign A faux granite finish gives this restaurant sign a feeling of weight and permanence.
	Faux Tile Finish The faux finish on this vent makes it disappear into the surrounding tiles.
	Faux Bois Bannister A cohesive and elegant foyer was created by faux painting these bannisters a mahogany wood grain to match the surrounding staircase and floor.

	Bathroom Vanity This vanity was painted, distressed and then finished with a handpainted bamboo Trompe L'eoil design, inspired by an antique dresser.

	Glazed and Stencilled Adirondack Chair A subtle green glaze and a pretty vine stencil transformed this pine chair into a fun and attractive piece.

	Distressed Dresser This dresser was painted with a vibrant green and accented with a softer violet. It was then distressed just enough to soften it and give it some history.
